I like this supplement. It helps with symptoms of menopause. It's a good quality supplement and I notice a difference since I started taking it.

I took 2 of these pills every morning with breakfast until the bottle was empty. I can honestly say it did help diminish my menopause symptoms of hot flashes and mood swings. I have used other supplements containing dong quai and black cohosh and had success as well so I truly believe those 2 ingredients really help menopause symptoms, at least it does for me. So I say to you that this product is definitely worth a try, especially at this price point because most menopause help aids are way over $20 for a month supply. Also, these are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

My period symptoms are quite predictable. About 7 or 8 days before it starts, I experience a noticeable mood dip. A friend recommended this product to me, and amazingly, just two days after I began taking it, that feeling disappeared. I felt incredibly refreshed. There’s also an app that is offered on the website that is completely free to use.These were developed in Silicone Valley and so it says formulated in the USA. They’re made in a GMP and FDA inspected facility and they are 3rd party tested. These are also non-GMO… all good things.As far as the effectiveness of the supplements, it seems to be helping. I’ll come back to update the review if I notice major changes after more time using these.

I’m pretty happy with my order of Period Harmony. I’m going through perimenopause, and this really helped my PMS symptoms, especially the mood swings, and breast soreness. It has a very good blend of herbs that are well known to help balance female hormones, but it’s nice that they didn’t go overboard with any of them in the blend. I only took it for the week leading up to my period and that seemed to be enough to help me through it. I also like the price-point, and will likely reorder this product.
