This Account Deletion Policy outlines the process and conditions under which users of MenstrEaze can delete their accounts and what happens to their data upon account deletion. Our commitment is to ensure transparency and control for our users over their personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Requesting Account Deletion
- Via Email: Users wishing to delete their account and all associated data may send a request to care@menstreaze.com. Please include your account details and a brief reason for the account deletion to help us improve our services.
- Through the Platform: If you have a MenstrEaze Care Program or an account on our Android/iOS app, you can directly request account deletion by navigating to the 'Settings' menu and selecting 'Delete My Account'.
Verification Process To protect the security and privacy of our users, a verification process will be initiated upon receipt of an account deletion request. Users who request deletion through email will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with their account. You must confirm the deletion request as instructed in the email to proceed with the account deletion.
Data Deletion Upon confirmation of an account deletion request, MenstrEaze will proceed to delete or anonymize all personal data associated with the account, except in cases where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Retention Period Please note that once an account deletion request is confirmed, it may take up to 1 hour for the deletion to be fully processed. Certain information may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for regulatory compliance and security purposes.
Restoration Policy Accounts that have been deleted cannot be recovered. Users are advised to consider their decision to delete their accounts carefully. If you wish to use our services in the future, a new account will need to be created.
Changes to the Deletion Policy MenstrEaze reserves the right to update or modify this Account Deletion Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our website or via email.
