Women's Health Research
Women's health research remains an under-served and under-funded field. As part of our dedication to enhancing menstrual health, supporting relevant research, and combating period poverty, MenstrEaze takes a proactive stance.
At PAI, we are motivated by one powerful truth: A woman who is in charge of her sexual and reproductive health can change her life and transform her community. PAI works with policymakers in Washington, D.C. and our network of global partners to advocate for accessible, quality health care and advance the sexual and reproductive rights of women, girls and other vulnerable groups.

Your gift impacts world-class research at Magee-Womens Research Institute and essential patient care services at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital, from discovering new treatments for breast and gynecologic cancers to providing life-saving care for babies born prematurely. PERIOD. is a global youth-powered non-profit that strives to end period poverty and stigma through advocacy, education, and service. PERIOD. equips and trains youth leaders with the tools and resources needed to end period poverty in their lifetime.
Helping Women Period is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, committed to supplying no cost menstrual health products to people that menstruate who are either homeless or low-income. With your donation, we can buy in bulk. Any donation amount is appreciated and goes a long way to purchasing products.
