I like this supplement. It helps with symptoms of menopause. It's a good quality supplement and I notice a difference since I started taking it.

I took 2 of these pills every morning with breakfast until the bottle was empty. I can honestly say it did help diminish my menopause symptoms of hot flashes and mood swings. I have used other supplements containing dong quai and black cohosh and had success as well so I truly believe those 2 ingredients really help menopause symptoms, at least it does for me. So I say to you that this product is definitely worth a try, especially at this price point because most menopause help aids are way over $20 for a month supply. Also, these are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

My period symptoms are quite predictable. About 7 or 8 days before it starts, I experience a noticeable mood dip. They’re made in a GMP and FDA inspected facility and they are 3rd party tested. These are also non-GMO… all good things.As far as the effectiveness of the supplements, it seems to be helping. I’ll come back to update the review if I notice major changes after more time using these.
