    SUGGESTED USE

Experience the calming scent of lavender through baths, inhalation, or massage.

When experiencing the calming scent of lavender through inhalation, use 3-5 drops of diluted oil for 10-30 minutes as needed during your period and 1-3 times weekly in your late luteal phase.

Guidance for an Effective Lavender Inhalation Session:

    1. Select a Tranquil Space: Choose a serene environment like your bedroom or a cozy corner of your living room. Ensure it's quiet and comfortable. Place a bowl of warm water on a stable surface within your reach, being cautious that the water isn't excessively hot.
    2. Prepare Your Lavender Essential Oil: Add 3-5 drops of lavender essential oil to the bowl of warm water. The warmth of the water will help disperse the fragrance. Alternatively, you can use an oil diffuser to release the scent into the air.
    3. Inhale Mindfully: Situate the bowl approximately 10 cm away from your nose. Close your eyes, and breathe in slowly and deeply. Concentrate on the soothing aroma of lavender as you inhale and exhale. For a more concentrated experience, drape a towel over your head and the bowl, creating a tent-like enclosure that captures the aromatic steam.
    4. Time Your Session for Relaxation: Continue this inhalation process for 10-30 minutes, according to your comfort. It's important to stay relaxed and maintain a comfortable posture during the session. After you finish, gently remove the towel, and take a moment to sit peacefully, allowing the calming effects of the lavender to envelop you.

If applying lavender essential oil to your skin, remember to test a small amount on your skin first.

    PRECAUTIONS

When using Lavender aromatherapy, please ensure good ventilation in the room, especially if you're using a lot of essential oil or if the aroma becomes too intense.

In addition, keep your eyes closed during the inhalation process to prevent irritation. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, stop the inhalation and move to a well-ventilated area.

If applying lavender essential oil to your skin, remember to dilute the lavender oil with a carrier oil like jojoba or almond oil, and test a small amount on your skin first.
