    SUGGESTED USE

To encourage a sense of balanced well-being, apply the roll-on gently with light pressure to your Hegu acupoint, Sanyinjiao acupoint, temples, or directly onto areas like the abdomen where discomfort occurs. Use a soft, clockwise motion for the massage for 5-20 minutes to help ease discomfort.

For an enhanced calming experience, apply the roll-on to your wrists and engage in deep breathing for several minutes. This two-pronged method is designed not only to alleviate physical pain but also to foster a peaceful and calming state of mind.

Use it 1-3 times weekly in your late luteal phase, or as needed during menstruation to help feel peaceful and calm.

Consider the MenstrEaze Care Program for a more personalized care experience.
